I recently spent a week at the Hermitage, and I can confidently say it exceeded my high expectations. The staff's warmth and helpfulness made me feel instantly at home, and I was particularly impressed when they promptly assisted me in locating a lost ring that held sentimental value. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, featuring essential amenities like effective heating and an ironing facility that was a lifesaver for my business attire. the location is outstanding, just a short walk to both the picturesque Magere Brug and the nearest tram stop, making it exceptionally convenient for exploring the city. The calmness of the area provided a serene retreat after a busy day of sightseeing.
